Effective September 8, 2026
Gain Global Networking ("Gain Global," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through our guest registration form, how we use it, and — because we offer an optional text messaging program — the specific terms that apply to SMS communications.
When you submit our guest registration form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, profession, and — if you tell us — who referred you. We also record whether you opted in to email updates and/or SMS text messages.
We use this information to respond to your guest registration, tell you about our meetings (held every other Tuesday) and events, and — only if you've opted in — send you email updates or SMS text messages as described below.
If you check the email opt-in box on our registration form, we'll add you to our email list for meeting reminders, event updates, and networking news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
If you check the SMS opt-in box and provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Gain Global Networking related to meeting reminders, event updates, and networking news.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our registration and communications systems on our behalf — currently Airtable (record-keeping) and Mailchimp (email delivery) — and, if we complete carrier registration for our SMS program, an SMS delivery provider. These providers act solely on our instructions and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.
You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of SMS at any time by texting STOP. To have your information corrected or removed entirely, email us at[email protected].
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
This page is a plain-language summary intended to meet common carrier and TCPA disclosure expectations for a small organization's SMS program. It is not a substitute for review by an attorney familiar with your specific obligations.
